Surat: A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 20-year-old man living in her building in Pandesara. Police said that the accused took the girl on the terrace on some pretext when her mother and two sisters went for work. He took her near the water tank and allegdly raped her. He also threatened to kill the victim if she revealed anything to her family. However, a neighbour who saw her with the accused informed her mother. When her mother inquired, she broke down, following which a complaint was filed.
