Surat: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) declared the results of the CA Final exams held in Jan, with six students from Surat securing positions in the all-India Top 50. Krishna Kedia topped the list from the city with an All-India Rank (AIR) of 25, scoring 415 out of 600 marks.ICAI Surat branch chairman Rahul Agrawal told TOI: “The result of the CA Final exam held in Jan2026 was declared on Sunday. In Surat, 566 students appeared for both groups of the CA Final exam, of whom 96 students cleared both groups. Further, 554 students appeared for Group I, of which 149 students passed. Similarly, 235 students appeared for Group II, of which 26 students successfully cleared the exam.” Four of the six rankers trained at Ravi Chhawchharia’s institute in Surat. Apart from Kedia, the other Surat rankers in the Top 50 are Vandan Vora (AIR 30), Kritika Bajoria (33), Hitsar Shah (40), Aman Badala (49) and Vansh Baid (50). Nationally, 22,293 candidates appeared for both groups, of whom 2,446 (10.97%) cleared the exam. In Group I, 53,652 students appeared and 11,282 (21.03%) passed. In Group II, 3,726 students cleared the exam out of 38,169 candidates (9.76%).
