"A good breakfast and a leisurely bath make my day"

     Chahal pahal since childhood
I have childhood memories attached to my home — after all, this is where I have been right from the start. Everything around the house has some reminiscent aspect that I can relate to. Right opposite our building, for instance, is Sydneham College. From as long as I can remember, that's made every day seem like a festival. So much chahal pahal happens there all through the day.

Rooming in with the Big Buddha
We have a huge house and lots of artifacts strewn around. My living room has this big Buddha and crystal objets d'art. The only exception here is this big photograph of me — one that's very special to my mom.
But my bedroom is totally Me — I mean literally me!! All you find on the walls here are my photographs, shot at various stages of my life. Why do I love my bedroom? It's my own space, that's why. Another good thing is the sea breeze that floats around the room all year round.

Up and runnin' at 12
I like to begin my day (which begins at 12 noon, by the way!) with a fresh mind. My recipe for that? A good breakfast and a leisurely bath — ideally I would love to linger on with the latter eternally. But plenty of work at hand has me up and running. My friends and relatives make me feel special — they see to it that they are with me whenever I am at home. Relaxing with family means yapping, listening to music or watching a good film — depending on the kind of time I have at hand. Even if there is no shooting, my day goes by meeting appointments with journalists or the parlour or my designer.

Junkivorous
I am a junkie when it comes to food — in the sense, I love eating all kinds of food. But junk is my favourite Suits me fine, for I can't cook at all. I am not the party type. At least, not anymore. I did a lot of all that in college. Of course, dinners with friends and relatives is a weekly affair. And my latest passion is Thai food — these days I am gorging on Thai delicacies whenever I am in town.
