Drug Detox - Simple & Effective
Drug Detox - Simple & Effective
The process of drug detox isn't complicated by any means. It is
an automatic process which the body does constantly to cleanse
itself. Your body, at some rate at least, is detoxifying itself
right now.
The human body is like one big process of input and output. Some
things we intake such as food and water which the body requires
diffuse into the body; we then pass the by-products which are of
no use, or surplus to the body's requirements. Drugs, on the
other hand, diffuse almost entirely into the body as this is
what they are designed to do.
What the body doesn't use or can't pass, it stores. One example
is the accumulation of fat. These are excesses in intake which
aren't burned off and the body is unable
to cope with therefore
it stores in what can eventually become an obvious and
undesirable way. Drugs have a habit of storing themselves in the
body's fat cells, over a period of time. Just as somebody may be
overweight for a long period of time and find the weight hard to
dissipate, so can be these stored toxins.
To detoxify one must assist the body in its natural cleansing
process, or accelerate it. By following a healthy diet thus
enabling the body's organs to flush out the toxins more
effectively, taking exercise and particularly long saunas to
sweat out the toxins then the process is greatly effective.
