BASIC CHOCOLATE CAKE

 

  

Bake a perfect cake in just 4 minutes!

 

8 9" round, 2 3"high dish

2 eggs

3/4 cup powdered sugar (sugar has to be powdered,.otherwise it burns) 

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 cup maida (floux)

 1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup rnilk

1/2 cup oil

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

 

 

1.Beat eggs & sugar till the eggs turn fluffy and the mixture becomes more than double in
   volume. Add essence.
2. Sift flour with baking powder & cocoa. Keep aside.
3. Add oil gradually to beaten egg - sugar mixture. Mix well.
4. Add flour & milk gradually till all the flour is used & slightly thinner than a soft dropping
   consistency is obtained. Beat gently, at low speed if you are using an electric egg beater.
5. Pour into container & micro high uncovered 4 minutes. Do not microwave for a longer time
    even if the cake appears unbaked after 4 minutes:
6. Let stand 4-5 minutes.
7. Let cool 5-10 minutes before removing from baking dish.
8. Serve after a little while.
