7 8" round, 4-5" deep dish with a well fitting lid 1 cup dhuli urad dal (split black beans) - soaked for 1 hour 1 onion - sliced 3 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp dhania powder
2. Keep onion & ginger in a dish. Sprinkle oil on it. Mix. Add salt, haldi, chilli pd, amchoor 3. Drain the dal and add to the onions. Add 2 cups water. Mix well. Micro high covered 20 4. Let stand 3 min. Sprinkle chopped coriander & mix gently with a fork. |
