PANEER & GRAPE STICKS

 

 

Cinnamon flavoured snack served with drinks. Serves 4
3'-4 "  ( small ) round bowl
100 gms paneer - cut into 3/4" cubes 

15-20 grapes - washed well
2 tsp oil
a few plastic cocktail forks or tooth picks
MASALA

1 stick dalchini (cinnamon)
3-4 laung (cloves)
1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
4-5 chhoti illaichi (green cardamom)

 

 

1. Crush all the ingredients of the masala together to a coarse powder. Keep aside.

2. Micro high oil in a small bowl for 2 minutes. Add the powdered masala. Mix well. Add the
    paneer pieces. Sprinkle a little salt. Mix very well. Keep aside till serving time.

3. At serving time, micro high paneer for 1 minute.

4. Insert a hot paneer piece in the tooth pick & then a grape. Serve with cold drinks before
    meals.
