MIXED MASALA SABZI

 

Mixed Masala Sabji and Saunf ke Karele

8 9" round, 2" high dish.
4 small carrots - cut into small even sized pieces
100 gm (25-30) french beans - threaded & cut into 1/4" pieces 

2 onions - chopped
2 tomatoes - chopped 

1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp red chilli powder 

1/2 tsp garam masala 

1 tsp dhania powder 

1 tsp salt or to taste
2 laung (cloves) - crushed
50 gms khoya - grated (optional)
 

 

1. Wash chopped. beans & carrots. Transfer to a flat micro proof dish. Cover & micro high for 5
    minutes without adding any water or till vegetables turn soft. Remove from dish. 

2. Micro high 2 tbsp oil in the same dish for 2 minutes. 

3. Add haldi, red chilli, garam masala, dhania & salt. Mix well. Add onions & micro high for
    4 minutes. 

4. Add the cooked beans & carrots. Mix in the tomatoes. Cover and micro high for 6-7 minutes.

5. Remove from microwave. Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated khoya and keep aside. 

6. At serving time, micro high for 2 minutes. Serve.
