MUSHROOM & CAPSICUM BHIJIA

7- 8" round, 1-2 "hlgh dish
100 gms (1/2 packet) fresh mushrooms - cut into 4 pieces 

2 capsicums - chopped into 1/4" pieces
2 onions - cut into rings & separated

1" piece ginger - cut into match sticks 

1 large tomato - chopped
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp amchoor
1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 

1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp tandoori masala

 

1. In a dish micro high oil & onions together for 2 minutes uncovered. 

2. Add haldi, amchoor, garam masala, red chilli powder & dhania powder. Mix well. Micro
    high 1 minute.

3. Add tomatoes. Mix. Add ginger, mushrooms, capsicums, salt & tandoori masala. Mix very
    well.

4. Micro high 8 minutes. Stir once in between. Serve.
