KADHAI PANEER

 

Kadhai Paneer

  

6" round. 3' deep dish with cover

200 gms paneer - cut in 1/2" cubes 

2 tbsp oil. 5-6 flakes garlic - crushed
2 tbsp ready made tomato puree (Godrej or Kissan) 

2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp sugar. 3/4 tsp red chilli powder (to taste) 

1 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala
1 capsicum - cut into thin long strips

 


1. In a dish add oil and garlic. Micro high uncovered 2 minutes.

2. Add tomato puree. Add salt. sugar, red chilli pd. dhania & garam masala. Mix well. Add
    capsicum. Mix. Micro high uncovered 3 min. 

3. Add paneer. Mix well. Keep aside. At serving time, micro high covered 2 minutes. 
    Serve hot.
