7"- 8" round dish, 1-2 "high with cover 2 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garam masala 2 tsp dhania
powder 1/2 tsp haldi 1/2 tsp sugar
1. Wash, slit brinjals, making cross cuts. Slit green chillies. Deseed them. 2. Mix salt, sugar, chilli powder. garam masala, amchoor, dhania powder
and haldi together. 3. Fill the paste in the baingans & green chillies. 4. Arrange in a di.sh. Pour oil on them. Micro high covered 6 minutes. 5. Serve hot. |
