BHARAVAAN BAINGAN

7"- 8" round dish, 1-2 "high with cover
250 gm small baingans 

2 tbsp oil
4-5 thick green chillies 

1/4 tsp salt
1/z tsp red chilli powder 

1/2 tsp garam masala 

2 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp amchoor 

1/2 tsp haldi 

1/2 tsp sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon

 

 

1. Wash, slit brinjals, making cross cuts. Slit green chillies. Deseed them. 

2. Mix salt, sugar, chilli powder. garam masala, amchoor, dhania powder and haldi together.
    Add a little lemon juice to make a wet paste. 

3. Fill the paste in the baingans & green chillies.

4. Arrange in a di.sh. Pour oil on them. Micro high covered 6 minutes. 

5. Serve hot.
